VDNHa Expo Zone to be Reconstructed for 22bn Rubles

Reportedly, the investor in modernization of VDNHa Expo zone will own hall 69 on condition the hall will be used for exhibition purposes only.

The Moscow government announced an open competitive tender among investors for reconstruction of VDNHa Expo zone. The first stage of the reconstruction is planned for the beginning of 2018. The project will be implemented by private investors. The total project cost exceeds 22bn rubles.

The project on the reconstruction of VDNHa Expo zone includes renovations and reconstructions of halls 69, 70, and 75.
